FLOURISH, one of Australia’s leading PR, Social & Content Creation agencies, has announced the appointment of Pauline Dellit as Head of Creative.
The appointment also marks the official launch of a new full-service design, branding and marketing studio under the Flourish agency family of brands, first started by Angela Ceberano in 2010.
Dellit joins Flourish from creative agency Yoke, where she was most recently Key Account Director. In her 5+ years at Yoke, Pauline specialised in end-to-end campaigns from Brand Strategy through to execution, and worked with key clients including Museums Victoria, government and education bodies such as Monash University, and The Department of Health and Human Services.
Across the span of an impressive career, Dellit has worked in various roles in agency land both as a Media Buyer, Studio Manager and Design Director.
She has specialised in launching dozens of luxury property developments across Australia, working closely with Melbourne’s top-tier real estate firms, architects and property developers.
“During my years in agency land, I’ve had the privilege of heading up a mixed bag of projects. Even though I’m a Creative Agency suit by trade, I’ll always be a storyteller at heart,” Dellit says.
