Entrepreneurs, business owners and artisans looking for an injection of inspiration while boosting their knowledge of business and digital strategy are encouraged to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and join The Digital Picnic’s inaugural Bootglamp Business Retreat.
Led by industry experts and social media gurus, The Digital Picnic, the intensive three-day business glamping will take place at Victoria’s breathtaking Mornington Peninsula from 10-12 November 2017.
The retreat is set in a relaxing and beautiful environment to inspire innovation, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking for anyone looking to take their companies, projects or careers to the next level.
Participants will get an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and strategy for their business. Glampers will also dive deep into content planning along with influencer outreach marketing and who your business should be collaborating with, and why.
Award-winning digital marketer and co-Director of The Digital Picnic, Cherie Clonan, said she is passionate about the difference best practice social media marketing can do for businesses and organisations.
“We will share our knowledge and bring you up to speed with the latest news from, and best practice principles for, Facebook and Instagram and then finish off with visual content of how your business can improve your presence online,” she said.
An accomplished and experienced marketing professional with 20 years experience, co-Director of The Digital Picnic, Catherine King, said participants will also get to hear from an incredible line up of guest speakers.
“We’re delighted to have PR guru and Managing Director of Flourish, Angela Ceberano, as one of our keynote speakers who will talk about how to DIY your PR. We’re also excited to have leadership experts, Mykel Dixon and Phil Ceberano on board presenting on effective communication and modern leadership management,” she said.
“Finally, we have ‘less stress enthusiast’, Hannah Macauley. She will be teaching us about bringing mindfulness into our day through her wonderful stress reduction workshop. We have a wide variety of speakers on board and we can’t wait to bring you three days of knowledge and inspiration to help transform your businesses and projects,” Ms King said.
Participants will be invited to the stunning area of Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsula where they will be welcomed into their beautiful retreat home for the next three days. They will be staying in the most delightful glamping tents in the spectacular grounds of Lakehouse Farm.
Enjoy beautiful fresh, local and organic meals all designed with wellness in mind, along with Mornington Peninsula wine and cider served from a Vintage Caravan, and all with the backdrop of a giant tepee.
This retreat is all about inspiring guests and giving them tools and strategies to make their business stand proud and build a platform to even greater success.
“We want you to relax and recharge in this vibrant, showcase event, meeting new friends and making new connections along the way. Here we make everyone welcome, from those new to social media to the more accomplished among us,” Ms Clonan said.
